What You'll Do9
- 1Direct revenue cycle analytics and decision-support activities to drive data-informed improvements across RCM operations.
- 2Review and evaluate AI-generated analytics outputs, including KPI dashboards, financial models, and recommendations, for correctness and reliability.
- 3Build and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks covering patient access, coding, billing, denials, A/R, and collections performance.
- 4Design dashboards, scorecards, and trend analyses that support both operational teams and executive decision-making.
- 5Perform root cause analysis on revenue cycle performance variations and craft data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- 6Partner with finance, IT, and operational RCM groups to align analytics infrastructure with strategic goals.
- 7Oversee RCM data governance, including data definitions, quality standards, and consistency across reports.
- 8Contribute to revenue cycle forecasting, budget modeling, and net revenue realization analysis.
- 9Annotate AI outputs and deliver structured feedback to help train and refine AI models.
Requirements8
- 1At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle analytics, RCM reporting, or healthcare financial decision-support, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- 2Deep familiarity with revenue cycle KPIs and financial metrics across patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
- 3Strong proficiency with healthcare analytics platforms, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar), and SQL-based data analysis.
- 4Experience working with EHR-integrated analytics and RCM reporting systems.
- 5Solid financial modeling and data interpretation skills — able to turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
- 6Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 7High attention to detail, especially in spotting data quality issues and analytical errors in AI-generated outputs.
- 8Preferred: HFMA CRCR or CHFP certification; experience with predictive analytics, revenue cycle forecasting, and net revenue modeling; background in health systems or large physician enterprises; familiarity with AI evaluation; experience with enterprise-wide analytics infrastructure or BI platform migrations.
