What You'll Do5

• Annotate and review inpatient records such as nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, orders, lab results, and discharge summaries for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess AI-generated clinical content for safety, appropriateness, and correctness across diverse inpatient populations.
• Apply bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows and documentation standards to validate and enrich datasets.
• Communicate with project stakeholders in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and resolve documentation ambiguities.
• Give detailed feedback on guidelines and edge cases to improve workflows and model understanding.

Requirements6

• Located in the United States and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent inpatient bedside RN experience.
• Broad clinical exposure, comfortable reviewing documentation across different inpatient populations rather than a single specialty.
• Experience in an academic or large health system setting, such as a teaching hospital, with complex patients and documentation practices.
• Prior annotation experience with positive performance reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication with close attention to clarity and detail.
