• Score model answers against professional services standards and flag every point where the reasoning slips.
• Write detailed critique for each response so the training team knows what to correct and why.
• Compare question difficulty with other technology and technical experts, then adjust the level so items stay demanding without becoming unfair.
• Check cases against real delivery practice, including how service delivery models and client engagement approaches work in the field.
• Hold a consistent standard across the question set so the material teaches as much as it tests.
• Spread coverage across technology domains and industry verticals so the dataset does not narrow to one specialty.

Requirements9

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or a related field, or comparable work experience.
• Hands-on background in technology consulting, professional services delivery, systems integration or IT strategy.
• Working knowledge of several service delivery models and the client engagement approaches that go with them.
• Strong analytical writing and the discipline to catch small inaccuracies inside a long answer.
• Comfort judging technical and strategic choices without a second opinion on hand.
• Several years in consulting or professional services across more than one technology domain or industry is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, cloud credentials or Agile/Scrum, or an MBA or MS, count in your favor.
• Prior thought leadership, published work or technology transformation initiatives help your case.
• Exposure to AI or emerging technology applied inside professional services is a plus.
