What You'll Do8
- 1Monitor Punjabi content quality, spot issues, provide written feedback, and escalate recurring patterns when needed.
- 2Communicate updates to trainers and QAs about new guidelines, project changes, and quality expectations via Discord and project trackers.
- 3Answer questions on Punjabi wording, tone, script requirements (Gurmukhi/Shahmukhi), and ensure alignment with guidelines.
- 4Activate and re-engage contributors; track availability and flag blockers for timely work.
- 5Create and maintain Punjabi project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding and training sessions with trainers and QAs to explain expectations, rubrics, quality standards, and script requirements.
- 7Ensure consistent application of Punjabi guidelines across projects as they evolve and align outputs with client expectations.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA processes for Punjabi-language workflows.
Requirements11
- 1bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics.
- 2native or near-native punjabi proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3strong english reading and writing to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in punjabi writing, editing, translation, localization, content qa, ai training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5strong understanding of punjabi grammar, spelling conventions, punctuation, tone, register, dialect variation, and cultural context.
- 6comfortable handling gurmukhi and/or shahmukhi script requirements; specify which scripts you can read and write.
- 7ability to evaluate Punjabi content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology.
- 8experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
- 9comfortable working in fast-moving remote environments using tools such as discord, google sheets, google docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 10highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and other quality documentation.
- 11experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based llm qa is a strong plus.
