- 1Develop AI Training Content: craft prompts and gold-standard Punjabi answers across domains like general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing.
- 2Evaluate AI Outputs: review outputs for fluency, accuracy, tone match, and cultural appropriateness; apply rubric-based evaluation to assign scores.
- 3Write Rewrites: produce high-quality Punjabi writing rewrites and exemplar responses that illustrate best practices.
- 4Flag and Remediate Issues: detect unsafe content, factual hallucinations, bias, or policy-risk language; document issues with suggested fixes via linguistic QA and translation QA.
- 5Rate and Compare AI Responses: rank multiple answers and recommend the best option based on correctness and overall quality via AI evaluation and quality assurance.
- 6Collaborate Across Time Zones: maintain consistent documentation and asynchronous workflows as a remote collaboration contractor.
Requirements10
- 1bachelor’s degree in mathematics (or higher)
- 2native or near-native Punjabi proficiency (reading and writing)
- 3english proficiency at C1 or higher
- 43+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work
- 5deep understanding of Punjabi grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style with ability to explain fixes
- 6comfortable handling Gurmukhi (India) and/or Shahmukhi (Pakistan) scripts and indicate read/write capability
- 7comfortable with multiple registers and dialect variation for India, Pakistan, and diaspora
- 8attention to detail for meaning shifts and culturally mismatched phrasing
- 9reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver quality in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones
- 10prior experience with AI data training, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred
