What You'll Do10
- 1Perform regular quality checks on psychology content produced for AI training, flag issues, and provide actionable feedback to trainers.
- 2Assess AI-generated psychology explanations, mental-health content, and research summaries for accuracy, ethics, and safety.
- 3Communicate project guidelines, updates, and quality expectations to Discord-based trainer and QA teams.
- 4Answer questions from trainers and QAs on psychological concepts, evidence quality, ethics, and rubric interpretation with clear guidance.
- 5Monitor contributor activity, re-engage inactive team members, and flag availability issues to maintain workflow momentum.
- 6Create and maintain psychology project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, calibration tasks, and onboarding materials.
- 7Lead onboarding and training sessions to explain rubrics and psychology-specific review requirements.
- 8Ensure consistent application of psychology-review guidelines as projects evolve and scale.
- 9Flag unsafe, stigmatizing, or diagnostically inappropriate content for safety and ethics review.
- 10Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA workflow improvements for psychology AI training.
Requirements10
- 1Advanced degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or PsyD) in psychology or a closely related field such as clinical psychology, counseling, behavioral science, cognitive science, neuroscience, social work, education.
- 2Excellent English language skills to follow guidelines and provide clear written feedback.
- 33+ years in psychology research, clinical or counseling settings, behavioral science, teaching, academic writing, or mental-health content review.
- 4Strong grounding in psychological theories, research methods, cognitive and social psychology, developmental psychology, abnormal psychology, ethics, and mental-health safety.
- 5Experience evaluating psychology content against rubrics and identifying issues like overdiagnosis, unsafe advice, or stigmatizing language.
- 6Familiarity with CBT, trauma-informed care, personality psychology, research design, and statistics; ethical guidelines are a plus.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of researchers, clinicians, educators, reviewers, or QAs.
- 8Comfort working in fast-moving remote environments using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 9Highly detail-oriented and organized with ability to maintain style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, calibration tasks, and documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, psychology QA, or rubric-based review is a strong plus.
