
Product Lead - Digital Platforms (GB06 / GB07)
Overview
The Product Lead for Digital Platforms owns the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery of high-volume customer-facing journeys for Mobile App and Web channels. The role translates business objectives into user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, and release scope. The lead coordinates with IT, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams through UAT, release, and post-launch governance. Daily work includes tracking sprint progress, reviewing wireframes, and monitoring funnel conversion, drop-offs, and feature adoption. This role differs by combining product governance with hands-on journey improvement across a regulated financial services environment.
What You'll Do7
- 1Translate business requirements into product backlog, user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria and release scope.
- 2Own delivery of assigned digital journeys from discovery to go-live and post-launch monitoring.
- 3Coordinate with IT, Design, Analytics, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams for on-time execution.
- 4Track sprint progress, dependencies, defects, UAT observations and release readiness.
- 5Review wireframes, screen flows, communication content and customer touchpoints for journey consistency.
- 6Monitor journey performance through leads, funnel conversion, drop-offs, feature adoption and business output.
- 7Plan and coordinate UAT with Business, Product, Operations and Technology stakeholders.
Requirements8
- 1Has 7-9 years in Product Management or Digital Product Management, with a focus on Mobile App and Web products or digital journeys.
- 2Owns product roadmap, requirement gathering, backlog management, user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
- 3Manages the complete product lifecycle from discovery through development, UAT, go-live, and post-launch improvement.
- 4Works with UI/UX, Design, Technology, Analytics, Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams in a cross-functional setup.
- 5Understands customer journeys, funnel metrics, conversion, drop-offs, feature adoption, and digital experience improvement.
- 6Coordinates UAT, manages defects, release governance, sprint tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder reporting.
- 7Uses product KPIs and customer data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- 8Comes from banking, financial services, lending, fintech, or another regulated industry.
