Overview

Celsius needs a coordinator to keep packaging and print work moving across its international markets. You will take briefs from intake through approval, keeping timelines, files, and statuses current in Monday.com while the Print Production team, Creative, Marketing, Operations, and outside vendors work from the same plan. Most of your week covers packaging projects for Celsius brands sold outside the US, with the occasional print studio project mixed in. The Dublin office hosts this role three days a week, and the salary runs 55,000 to 65,000 EUR a year. Expect close exposure to CPG packaging cycles and artwork review from the first month.

What You'll Do9

  • Coordinate packaging and print projects from the kickoff meeting through final delivery, keeping each stage on schedule.
  • Book project meetings, capture action items, and update timelines and deliverable trackers as work moves through production.
  • Screen incoming creative and print requests to confirm briefs, specs, files, and backup documents arrive complete and correct.
  • Keep Monday.com records current so statuses, owners, due dates, and deliverables reflect reality at any given moment.
  • Watch milestones, review stages, and approvals, then raise risks, slippage, or blockers with the Manager, Print Production.
  • Gather feedback across teams, follow review cycles to closure, and pull stakeholder comments into one clear set of decisions.
  • Route artwork, packaging files, and proofs for approval while keeping versions and assets organized and easy to find.
  • Brief internal partners and external vendors on requirements, deadlines, and next steps so nobody works from stale information.
  • Maintain templates, trackers, and workflow notes that keep packaging projects consistent from market to market.

Requirements7

  • 3 to 5 years in project coordination, creative operations, print production, packaging, or marketing support.
  • Record of handling several projects and deadlines at once without losing track of details.
  • Clear writing and speaking skills for updates, briefs, and vendor correspondence.
  • Experience working across creative, marketing, production, operations, or vendor teams.
  • Comfort with project management or collaboration software, plus Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Discipline in following process, keeping records accurate, and telling stakeholders where a project stands.
  • Judgment to ask questions early and escalate problems to the right person.

Preferred Qualifications6

  • Background supporting packaging, print, artwork, or production workflows.
  • Consumer goods, food and beverage, retail, agency, or brand-side experience, with beverage a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with artwork review, print specifications, proofs, file routing, version control, or asset management.
  • Prior contact with external vendors or production partners.
  • Hands-on use of Monday.com, PageProof, Box, Frontify, Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to international or multi-market packaging and print projects.

Who Should Apply

Coordinators with 3 to 5 years in packaging, print production, or creative operations who want international CPG work. You track details in Monday.com, keep vendors and studios aligned, and catch problems before a deadline slips. Beverage or consumer goods experience helps.
