Overview
Align Technology needs a production designer to absorb the recurring creative work that flows through its EMEA marketing group. The job leans on execution: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop files get formatted, resized and adapted for digital and print, alongside steady Canva template work and mockups. You build from existing brand guidelines and stakeholder briefs, not from a blank page or a strategy deck. The contract runs 20 to 25 hours a week for an initial three months, and the team wants someone who can interview and onboard soon.
What You'll Do8
- Adapt existing creative into the sizes and formats EMEA marketers request, covering screen and print deliverables.
- Handle layout, formatting, resizing, mockup creation and version control on files the internal team already built.
- Keep every asset on brand by applying Align guidelines to each output.
- Produce and revise work inside Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma and Microsoft Office.
- Turn around edits when stakeholders send feedback or internal design leads redirect a project.
- Take on the repeatable production queue so senior designers stay on higher-level creative work.
- Keep project files organized and workflows clear when several deadlines overlap.
- Refresh simple video or motion assets when your background supports it.
Requirements10
- Background in graphic design, production design, marketing design or creative production support.
- Hands-on skill with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Track record of producing assets for digital channels and for print.
- Comfort working from templates, brand guides and written briefs rather than original concepts.
- Sharp eye for detail, formatting and visual consistency.
- Able to juggle several projects and hit deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Microsoft Office and a project tool such as Asana.
- Able to take feedback from several stakeholders and translate it into revisions.
- Own hardware and design software licenses; the company supplies some corporate tools.
- Strong written and spoken English for daily contact with the marketing team.
Preferred Qualifications5
- Supported a regional or global marketing team before.
- Healthcare, medical device, dental, consumer health or regulated brand experience.
- Video editing, light motion graphics or social video production skills.
- Worked on an outsourced or distributed creative support team.
- Based in Poland or able to overlap with EMEA working hours.
Who Should Apply
A junior to mid-level production designer who delivers clean, accurate brand work at speed fits this role best. Bring solid Adobe production skills, Canva fluency and comfort handling briefs from several marketers at once.
