- 2Create and organize case studies and datasets covering pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses
- 3Assess AI-generated pharmacology answers and ensure scientific rigor and clinical concordance
- 4Translate complex pharmacology concepts into accessible training content for AI models
- 5Identify gaps in existing materials and propose data-driven improvements
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine guidelines and datasets per current pharmacology standards
- 7Document the reasoning behind pharmacology decisions and recommendations in project deliverables
Requirements7
- 1Advanced degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related field (PharmD, PhD, MD)
- 2Proven expertise in clinical, molecular, or systems pharmacology
- 3Experience writing, reviewing, or teaching pharmacology in academic, clinical, or industry settings
- 4Knowledge of global guidelines and regulatory standards for drug therapy and safety
- 5Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills to interpret complex pharmacology data
- 6Ability to explain scientific concepts clearly to varied audiences
- 7Past involvement in digital or data annotation projects is a plus
Who Should Apply
The ideal candidate is a subject-matter expert with an advanced degree and hands-on experience in clinical or molecular pharmacology who can craft and critique training material for AI models. This role may be less suitable for those without a deep pharmacology background or without experience in content creation or review. Candidates are sometimes scored low if they lack familiarity with current regulatory standards or struggle to translate complex ideas into accessible training content.
