What You'll Do7

- 3Identify unsafe or biased content, factual inaccuracies, and policy-risk language; verify reliability across use cases.
- 4Provide precise written feedback and craft high-quality rewrites and model answers demonstrating best Odia writing practices.
- 5Rate and compare multiple AI responses by correctness and overall quality.
- 6Document findings using rubric-based evaluation and ensure alignment with style guides.
- 7Collaborate with remote teams to iterate on training data.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Linguistics, Odia/English literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Odia reading and writing skills.
- 3Professional English proficiency at C1 or higher to follow guidelines and deliver written feedback in English.
- 43+ years of experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
- 5Deep understanding of Odia grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, with ability to explain issues and fixes.
- 6Comfort working with multiple registers and regional variations within Odisha, plus audience adaptation.
- 7High attention to detail to catch subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, or culturally mismatched phrasing.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to maintain quality in an hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred.
