Overview
AfterQuery builds the expert evaluation data that frontier AI labs rely on to measure how their models handle real professional work. In this role you join as a contract LCSW who writes and grades the clinical social work scenarios those evaluations run on. You will draft intake situations, safety plans, resource navigation puzzles and ethical dilemmas, then judge how a model responds to each one. The work runs fully remote and async, with no caseload and no monitoring software.
What You'll Do6
- Draft realistic clinical scenarios that cover intake interviews, safety planning, resource navigation and ethical conflicts.
- Write reference answers that show the clinical reasoning behind each decision you make.
- Review model responses for clinical accuracy, ethical soundness and how well they manage risk.
- Call out replies that read as warm and supportive yet would fail an actual client, and explain the exact gap.
- Document your reasoning in clear written English so another clinician can follow your logic step by step.
- Set your own weekly hours and adjust them up or down as your schedule allows.
Requirements8
- Hold an active, unencumbered LCSW license in the US.
- At least two years of clinical practice completed after licensure.
- Hands-on work with case conceptualization, safety planning and crisis intervention.
- Written English strong enough to make clinical reasoning legible to a peer reviewer.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
- Experience in medical, school or child welfare settings (a plus).
- Prior clinical supervision of associate level clinicians (a plus).
- Training in an evidence based modality such as CBT, DBT, EMDR or MI (a plus).
