What You'll Do6
- Draft realistic notarization scenarios that cover acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and remote online sessions.
- Write model answers that tie each procedural choice to the relevant state statute or rule.
- Review AI responses for correct procedure under state notary law and assign grades.
- Identify plausible guidance that conflicts with notary law and mark the specific defect.
- Document identification checks and signing steps in enough detail for another notary to follow the reasoning.
- Flag gaps in scenario coverage and propose new cases for the evaluation set.
Requirements8
- Active notary public commission in at least one US state.
- Two or more years of hands-on notarial practice.
- Working knowledge of acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, and ID verification rules.
- Clear written English for explaining procedural reasoning.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
- Remote online notarization authorization is a plus.
- Loan signing agent background is a plus.
- Practice across more than one state is a plus.
