What You'll Do7

• Draft paralegal questions and case studies covering legal research, citation rules, discovery management and trial preparation.
• Test model output against real legal standards, then write feedback that names the exact error and the correct practice.
• Score responses for accuracy and flag answers that misstate a procedure or misformat a citation.
• Adjust difficulty across a question set so the material stays demanding without becoming unusable.
• Work with legal and technical colleagues to align questions on scope, format and difficulty tiers.
• Cover adjacent topics such as case file organization, client communication and litigation support.
• Record evaluation decisions in writing so other reviewers can follow your reasoning.

Requirements8

• Associate degree or certificate in paralegal studies, or a bachelor's degree paired with paralegal certification.
• Hands-on experience as a paralegal, with a working command of legal research, document preparation and case management.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, plus the precision to catch citation and formatting errors.
• Comfort explaining in writing why an answer fails, to readers with legal and technical backgrounds.
• Preferred: several years in the field across practice areas such as litigation, corporate, real estate or family law.
• Preferred: involvement in legal technology projects, training programs or process improvement work.
• Preferred: CP, ACP or RP certification, or other specialized legal training.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI or technology-driven legal tools.

Who Should Apply

Paralegals with real casework behind them who catch a bad citation from across the room. You have owned research, drafting and case files in at least one practice area, and you can explain your reasoning in plain writing to a mixed legal and technical audience.
