What You'll Do6
- 1Write paralegal-level questions and case studies that push AI models through legal research, citation formats, document drafting, discovery management, trial preparation, client communication and case file organization.
- 2Review model answers against paralegal best practices and legal standards, marking errors and explaining what a correct response should contain.
- 3Hand back detailed written feedback on each response so the model's output improves with the next round.
- 4Work with legal and technical teammates to calibrate how hard each question should be and keep the content both demanding and instructive.
- 5Track accuracy across the scenarios you create and flag gaps in coverage for the legal topics assigned to you.
- 6Adapt question formats when a topic needs a different angle, such as a drafting exercise instead of a research prompt.

- 1Associate degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies, or a bachelor's degree paired with paralegal certification.
- 2Hands-on paralegal experience with legal research, document preparation and case management.
- 3Strong analytical skill plus clear written and verbal communication.
- 4Close attention to detail when checking citations, procedures and drafted documents.
- 5Preferred: several years as a paralegal, ideally spanning more than one practice area such as litigation, corporate, real estate or family law.
- 6Preferred: past work on legal technology initiatives, legal training programs or process improvement projects.
- 7Preferred: advanced certification (CP, ACP or RP) or other specialized legal training.
- 8Preferred: familiarity with AI tools or technology-driven legal applications.
