- 5Deep understanding of Norwegian grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style; able to explain issues and fixes.
- 6Comfort with Bokmål and/or Nynorsk; specify which you can support.
- 7High attention to detail identifying subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, hallucinations, or culturally mismatched phrasing.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, able to deliver consistently in hourly remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training/annotation, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred.
Who Should Apply

This role suits contractors who work reliably in a remote, hourly setup across different time zones and maintain consistent quality. It is less suitable for applicants lacking native Norwegian proficiency or those with limited experience in English-language guidance or AI data QA.
