What You'll Do6
- 1Review AI-generated full-stack code, system designs, and explanations, and deliver improved reference solutions plus structured reasoning.
- 2Create AI training content by designing detailed prompts across frontend and backend topics and writing high‑quality reference answers to guide AI learning.
- 3Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, security, performance, and maintainability; compare multiple responses and rate them on quality of reasoning and correctness.
- 4Validate model outputs for inaccuracies and unsafe recommendations, testing across real-world scenarios and edge cases.
- 5Document findings with actionable feedback to improve code quality, model prompts, and alignment with prompts.
- 6Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to align evaluation criteria and share best practices for Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
Requirements12
- 1bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 24+ years of professional experience building production web applications with a Node.js backend and a React frontend
- 3strong proficiency in TypeScript across both backend and frontend codebases
- 4backend expertise in Node.js including async patterns, event loop behavior, API design, validation, error handling, security, and background jobs/queues
- 5frontend expertise in React focusing on hooks, components, state management, performance optimization, forms, and accessibility basics
- 6experience designing and operating data layers with PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB, including schema design, migrations, indexing, and query optimization
- 7experience with authentication flows such as sessions vs JWT, cookies, OAuth/OIDC basics, RBAC/ABAC concepts, and secure secrets handling
- 8strong testing culture covering unit/integration/E2E testing with Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress and CI/CD
- 9familiarity with modern stack tooling like Express/Fastify/NestJS, ORMs Prisma/TypeORM, and React frameworks (Next.js is a plus)
- 10minimum C1 English proficiency for technical writing and following detailed guidelines
- 11bonus: prior experience in AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content
- 12highly detail-oriented and methodical in evaluating reasoning quality and identifying subtle issues in full-stack code
