Angular Engineer for AI Frontend Review (Remote)
Overview
Operate remotely on an hourly contract to review AI-generated Angular code, frontend architectures, and technical explanations. Produce high-quality reference implementations and step-by-step reasoning for complex engineering problems using TypeScript and Angular patterns. Assess solutions for correctness, clarity, accessibility, security, and performance, with attention to change detection, RxJS streams, and Angular Universal SSR concerns. Deliver model solutions that demonstrate best practices and compare multiple AI responses based on reasoning quality.
What You'll Do6
- 1Develop AI training content by crafting detailed prompts on Angular topics and writing high-quality reference solutions to guide learning.
- 2Review AI-generated frontend code and architectures, providing clear explanations and actionable improvements.
- 3Produce step-by-step reasoning and reference implementations for complex engineering scenarios.
- 4Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, clarity, accessibility, security, and performance; rank responses to identify the best solutions.
- 5Identify issues in Angular change detection, RxJS streams, routing, forms, SSR with Angular Universal, hydration, and bundle performance; propose fixes in reference solutions.
- 6Collaborate with SMEs to align on coding standards and best practices for frontend quality.
Requirements12
- 1Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 24+ years building production web applications with Angular (Angular 12+ preferred; Angular 16/17+ a strong plus).
- 3Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Angular core concepts: components, modules, DI, services, pipes, directives, guards, and interceptors.
- 4Strong understanding of RxJS observables, operators, multicasting, error handling, and cancellation.
- 5Deep knowledge of Angular performance techniques such as OnPush change detection, async pipe patterns, and trackBy.
- 6Experience with routing, reactive forms, validation, and performance-focused UX patterns.
- 7Familiarity with SSR and deployment patterns: Angular Universal, hydration, caching, and security considerations.
- 8Experience with testing and quality tools: Jasmine/Karma or Jest, Angular Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright, linting, and CI/CD.
- 9Minimum C1 English proficiency for clear technical writing and following detailed guidelines.
- 10Proven experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards for maintainability and accessibility.
- 11Bonus: prior AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content.
- 12Highly detail-oriented and methodical in evaluating reasoning quality and identifying subtle UI code issues.
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years shipping production Angular apps with strong TypeScript and RxJS skills. They write clear, technical explanations and effective reference solutions for AI training contexts. They excel at rigorous code reviews, uphold coding standards, and communicate in English with precision. This role may not be a good fit for applicants without SSR/Angular Universal experience or with limited exposure to AI content evaluation. A detail-oriented, methodical approach is essential to succeed here.
