What You'll Do7
- 1Review AI-generated JavaScript code and explanations for correctness, readability, and edge-case handling.
- 2Develop alternative prompts and model answers to demonstrate correct approaches.
- 3Rank and compare multiple AI responses, citing reasoning quality and stepwise justification.
- 4Validate outputs from AI coding assistants and propose precise fixes or clarifications.
- 5Collaborate with the data training team to align prompts with evaluation criteria and training content.
- 6Draft high-quality explanations and model solutions that illustrate correct methods.
- 7Contribute to training rubrics and example tasks used to assess AI performance.
Requirements10
- 12+ years of professional JavaScript experience in production environments.
- 2Deep understanding of closures, async/await, prototype-based inheritance, and the JS event loop with ES6+.
- 3Ability to evaluate correctness, readability, and performance of code and identify subtle edge cases.
- 4Hands-on software engineering experience with code reviews, mentoring, or technical design discussions.
- 5Significant experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants while programming, with a critical mindset to validate outputs.
- 6Excellent English writing skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- 7Proficiency with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js) or a Node.js backend (Express or NestJS).
- 8Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 9Experience with AI data training, data annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content is a strong plus; high English proficiency (C1) and meticulous working style recommended.
