What You'll Do8
- 1Quality checks on Marathi items, flag issues, and provide ongoing feedback via direct messages; escalate repeated or critical problems.
- 2Keep trainers and QAs informed on Discord about updated item guidelines, project changes, workflow updates, and quality expectations.
- 3Answer trainer/QA questions clearly and promptly, clarifying Marathi wording, tone, cultural context, regional usage, and edge cases.
- 4Reach out to inactive contributors, encourage activation, track follow-ups, and flag availability issues.
- 5Create and maintain Marathi project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples, honeypots, and onboarding materials.
- 6Plan and run onboarding sessions to explain project expectations, workflows, rubrics, and Marathi-specific style requirements.
- 7Ensure trainers and QAs apply Marathi language guidelines consistently as projects evolve.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps, propose workflow improvements, and help build scalable QA processes for Marathi-language projects.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics.
- 2Native or near-native Marathi proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong English language skills to follow project guidelines and provide feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in Marathi writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5Deep knowledge of Marathi grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, regional variation, and cultural context.
- 6Ability to evaluate Marathi content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs is strongly preferred.
- 8Comfort working with Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 9Highly detail-oriented and organized, with experience maintaining style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, honeypots, and other quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, large language models, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
