What You'll Do9
- 1Spot-check Gujarati items for quality, document issues, and escalate recurring problems.
- 2Provide ongoing feedback to trainers and QAs via direct messages and public channels on Discord.
- 3Clarify questions on Gujarati wording, register, translation fidelity, and cultural context with timely responses.
- 4Manage activation and motivation of contributors, tracking follow-ups and flagging availability issues.
- 5Create and sustain Gujarati project documentation, including style guides, trackers, FAQs, quality notes, examples, and onboarding materials.
- 6Lead onboarding and training sessions to set expectations, rubrics, and Gujarati-specific style requirements.
- 7Align trainer and QA work with updated Gujarati guidelines as projects evolve.
- 8Identify quality gaps and propose scalable improvements to QA workflows.
- 9Document process changes and train the team on new guidelines.
Requirements10
- 1bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics.
- 2native or near-native gujarati reading and writing proficiency.
- 3strong english language skills to follow guidelines, communicate with teams, and provide feedback.
- 43+ years in gujarati writing, editing, translation, localization, content qa, ai training, annotation, or related language-review workflows.
- 5solid grasp of gujarati grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, and cultural context.
- 6ability to evaluate gujarati content against detailed rubrics and identify issues such as mistranslation, literal phrasing, unnatural tone, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or qas is preferred.
- 8comfort working in fast-moving remote environments using discord, google sheets, google docs, trackers, dashboards, and project management systems.
- 9highly detail-oriented and organized; able to maintain style guides, faqs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation.
- 10experience with ai training, data annotation, llms, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based llm qa is a strong plus.
