Requirements7
- 1Juris Doctor degree with active or lapsed bar status in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- 24+ years of practice focusing on document-heavy legal work such as contracts, compliance, or transactions.
- 3Proven ability to draft, review, and assess contract risk with precision.
- 4Strong writing and speaking skills and the ability to explain legal concepts to varied audiences.
- 5Excellent attention to detail and a methodical analytic approach.
- 6Commitment to confidentiality and careful handling of potential conflicts of interest.
- 7Experience with technology, AI, or legal operations is a plus.
