Requirements7
- 1Active law license (bar admission) plus at least 5 years of practice in contract law, compliance, or a closely related specialty.
- 2Demonstrated skill in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing.
- 3Strong critical thinking and analytical ability, with close attention to legal nuance.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain complex legal ideas to legal and non-legal audiences.
- 5Comfort interpreting laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
- 6Experience working independently in a remote, project-focused setting.
- 7Familiarity with legal technology tools is a plus, though not required.
