Overview
Seasoned Intellectual Property counsel wanted for a remote contractor role at the forefront of legal AI. What You'll Do5

Requirements6
- 1J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and an active bar license in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 2Minimum three years of technology transactions experience with MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs in negotiating roles.
- 3Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- 4Analytical thinker who can convert legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
- 5Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-moving settings.
