What You'll Do8

- 7Ensure consistent application of Kannada language guidelines as projects evolve and scales.
- 8Identify recurring quality gaps, propose scalable QA processes, and support process improvements for Kannada projects.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kannada, Linguistics, Translation, Communications, English, Education, quality assurance, or related field.
- 2Native or near-native Kannada proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
- 3Strong English proficiency to follow project guidelines and provide feedback in English.
- 43+ years of professional Kannada writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, AI training, annotation, or related language-review work.
- 5Solid understanding of Kannada grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, register, regional variation, and cultural context.
- 6Ability to evaluate Kannada content against rubrics and identify mistranslation, unnatural tone, hallucinated claims, ambiguity, or inconsistent terminology.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, editors, or QAs.
- 8Comfort with remote work using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and project-management tools.
- 9Detail-oriented and organized, capable of maintaining style guides, FAQs, trackers, onboarding materials, and quality documentation.
- 10Experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, prompt/response evaluation, or rubric-based LLM QA is a strong plus.
