What You'll Do8
- 1Review AI-generated Indonesian content for accuracy, fluency, grammar and cultural alignment across formal and informal registers.
- 2Provide precise, written feedback in English with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- 3Create high-quality Indonesian reference material and model answers that demonstrate best practices in style and tone.
- 4Rate and compare multiple AI responses, documenting reasons for preferred outputs to guide future prompts.
- 5Identify unsafe, misleading, or biased language and flag content that risks policy compliance.
- 6Contribute to rubric-based evaluation and glossary development to standardize localization and tone.
- 7Collaborate with data projects to align prompts and gold standards with Indonesian business writing norms.
- 8Support translation QA and editorial QA workflows to ensure consistency across Indonesian content.
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Indonesian/English Literature, Communications, Journalism, Translation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2Native or near-native Indonesian reading and writing proficiency.
- 3Strong English proficiency (C1) to follow guidelines and provide detailed feedback.
- 43+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content QA, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.
- 5Deep understanding of Indonesian grammar, spelling conventions (EYD/PUEBI), punctuation, and style; able to explain fixes.
- 6Comfort with multiple registers and Indonesian business writing norms; appropriate use of slang.
- 7High attention to detail to catch subtle meaning shifts, awkward translations, or culturally mismatched phrasing.
- 8Reliable, self-directed, and able to deliver consistent quality in hourly, remote contractor workflow across time zones.
- 9Prior experience with AI data training, translation QA, editorial QA, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred.
