What You'll Do9

- 8Collaborate across time zones with AI data teams to maintain dependable throughput and clear documentation.

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in translation, linguistics, localization, communications, or a closely related discipline.
- 2Native or near-native Hindi with strong familiarity with India’s locale conventions.
- 3C1 level English proficiency in reading and writing for interpreting prompts and guidelines.
- 4At least five years of professional localization or translation experience; multilingual localization is highly preferred.
- 5Proven ability to apply MQM and LQA concepts to quality decisions, including severity, category, and root-cause analysis.
- 6Strong skills with CAT tools and QA workflows, including translation memories, termbases, and automated checks, plus comfort following structured guidelines.
- 7Excellent editorial judgment on register, tone, inclusivity, and cultural nuance, with meticulous attention to detail.
- 8Ability to rigorously fact-check localized content for units, references, names, and dates using reliable sources.
- 9Comfort working as an hourly contractor with reliable throughput, clear documentation, and cross-time-zone responsiveness.
