Overview
Turing seeks a practicing hematologist/oncologist to join a project refining large language models such as ChatGPT. The work centers on crafting and evaluating clinical scenarios that span chemotherapy regimens, coagulopathies, anemias, and hematologic malignancies. You will assess AI responses for diagnostic precision, clinical judgment, and evidence-based reasoning, and flag gaps across subspecialties like solid tumors, bone marrow transplant, and palliative care. Feedback you provide helps shape safer, more reliable AI for clinical and educational use.
What You'll Do5
- Create and resolve complex hematology/oncology cases, from selecting chemotherapy regimens to managing coagulopathies, anemias, and blood cancers.
- Review AI-generated answers for diagnostic accuracy, clinical reasoning, and adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
- Spot weaknesses in model knowledge across solid tumors, bone marrow transplant, and supportive/palliative care.
- Work with AI researchers and fellow physicians to raise model quality and dependability.
- Deliver structured expert critiques that guide the next generation of clinical and educational AI tools.
Requirements6
- MD or equivalent degree with active clinical practice in the last 3+ years.
- Board certification or equivalent in Hematology and/or Oncology.
- Deep knowledge of solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, coagulation disorders, and cancer therapeutics.

- Strong written and spoken English.
- Education from a top-tier institution such as Harvard, Stanford, UCSF, or Oxford.
