What You'll Do7

Requirements7
- 1Current or former experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
- 2Solid background in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts within a corporate environment.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- 4Familiarity with standard practices for contract review, risk assessment, and template optimization.
- 5Experience developing or using contract playbooks specifically designed for company use cases.
- 6Ability to independently source and submit eligible, non‑confidential transaction materials for documentation purposes.
