- 1Experience as General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong emphasis on contract negotiation playbooks.
- 2Demonstrated skill in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts within a corporate setting.
- 3Excellent written and spoken communication with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- 4Familiarity with standard contract review practices and risk assessment methods.
