What You'll Do9
- 1Spot-check finance items, provide ongoing feedback via direct messages, and escalate recurring issues.
- 2Evaluate AI-generated finance explanations, calculations, and valuation workflows for accuracy and clarity.
- 3Update trainers and QAs on Discord about new guidelines, workflow changes, and quality standards.
- 4Respond to questions about financial reasoning, formulas, assumptions, and rubric interpretation with clear, timely guidance.
- 5DM inactive contributors to re-engage them, track follow-ups, and flag availability issues.
- 6Create and maintain finance project documentation, including style guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
- 7Lead onboarding sessions to explain project expectations, rubrics, and finance review requirements.
- 8Ensure consistent application of finance guidelines as projects evolve.
- 9Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA improvements for finance AI training.
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related field.
- 2Strong English communication to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
- 33+ years in finance, financial analysis, investment analysis, accounting, FP&A, risk management, or related fields.
- 4Solid knowledge of financial statements, valuation, corporate finance, capital markets, investments, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, financial ratios, and time value of money.
- 5Ability to evaluate content against rubrics and identify incorrect assumptions, calculations, or omissions.
- 6Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets modeling, valuation models, DCF, comparables, budgeting/forecasting, KPI dashboards, market research, financial databases, or accounting systems.
- 7Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, reviewers, or QAs.
- 8Comfort working in fast-moving remote environments using Discord, Google Sheets, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and PM tools.
- 9High attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to maintain style guides and onboarding materials.
- 10Bonus: experience with AI training, data annotation, LLM evaluation, rubric-based QA; professional certifications like CFA, CPA, ACCA, FRM, CMA, CA are a plus.
