Overview
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives that advance LLM browsing capabilities. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring annotation quality and contributor performance align with project goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on taking ownership of complex, unfamiliar challenges and driving them to completion.
What You'll Do5
- 1Monitor and track project metrics and annotator performance using tools like Google Sheets to ensure targets are met.
- 2Conduct regular reviews of annotation quality, providing feedback and guidance to maintain high standards.
- 3Manage contributor communications, addressing questions and resolving issues to keep workflows smooth.
- 4Coordinate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for LLM training projects.
- 5Take full ownership of project tasks from initiation to delivery, adapting to evolving requirements as needed.
