- 4Record reviewer feedback with side-by-side comparisons to guide AI model improvements on quality, accuracy, and business relevance
- 5Share domain insights across industries and functions to ensure training data reflects diverse, real-world use cases
- 6Communicate feedback clearly in written and spoken form to help the AI training team operate with precision

- 1Minimum 3+ years in Fortune 500 environments using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word on high-impact projects
- 2Proven ability to develop complex models, reports, analyses, and presentations across finance, healthcare, tech, consulting, or retail
- 3Background in roles such as private equity, investment banking, junior consulting, FP&A, HR, or marketing with hands-on deal or project work
- 4Experience crafting use cases for strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR functions
- 5Strong written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail and clarity in feedback
- 6Experience with interacting with LLMs or writing long-form prompts is a plus
