Powerpoint Specialist for AI Training and Real-World Scenarios
Overview
Remote contractor role shaping real-world inputs for AI training within a Fortune 500 scale context. You’ll design complex business tasks in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, then work with an advanced language model to edit, compare, and refine Office Open XML files, especially .pptx. The work centers on producing high-quality, practical examples that help models learn how professionals reason and present data. Prior AI experience isn’t required; domain expertise in business workflows matters most. Boldly apply your PowerPoint mastery to simulate real corporate scenarios and drive tangible outcomes.
What You'll Do7
- 1Create realistic, multi-step business tasks that mirror Fortune 500 usage of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- 2Collaborate with an advanced language model to edit and produce Office Open XML documents, with emphasis on .pptx files.
- 3Evaluate two LLM outputs per task turn and pick the stronger result based on defined quality benchmarks.
- 4Develop prompts and tasks that would normally require substantial business acumen and hours of effort without AI support.
- 5Participate in four-turn LLM conversations, giving feedback after each round to steer outputs.
- 6Record observations and recommendations to improve how the model handles real-world business documents.
- 7Share expertise across cross-functional use cases including reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across industries.
Requirements6
- 13+ years of hands-on experience on complex, high-profile projects within Fortune 500s or top-tier consultancies.
- 2Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong Excel and Word capabilities and a proven track record in professional document creation.
- 3Experience building and executing projects in finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
- 4Ability to design realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.
- 5Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback.
- 6Familiarity with LLMs or AI tools is highly desirable, especially in iterative, conversational contexts.
Who Should Apply
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of enterprise project experience, excels at crafting realistic business scenarios, and has a deep command of PowerPoint with solid Excel and Word skills. They should be comfortable analyzing and iterating on AI outputs and providing precise feedback. This role may not be the best fit for someone without experience in Fortune 500 environments or someone who lacks strong written and verbal communication skills. Common rejection reasons include insufficient cross-functional project exposure or limited experience with Office Open XML formats and AI-assisted workflows.
