Overview

A contractor role focused on shaping AI-enabled business documentation through real-world tasks in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You’ll design believable Finance, Strategy, and Reporting scenarios and critique AI responses against industry standards. Your insights will guide how models learn to plan, reason, and present information for Fortune 500 environments. You’ll work remotely and contribute to cross-functional tasks that mirror high-stakes business deliverables. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are central to the work you’ll deliver.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Create authentic business tasks and scenarios using complex PowerPoint decks, Excel workbooks, and Word documents drawn from your professional experience.
  • 2Interact with language models in prompt-driven sessions, challenging them with tasks typical of large enterprises.
  • 3Assess AI-provided solutions by comparing multiple model outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and alignment with real-world business needs.
  • 4Prepare detailed evaluations that pinpoint strengths, gaps, and opportunities for model improvement based on your domain expertise.
  • 5Produce cross-functional outputs such as financial models, executive slide decks, strategic proposals, or data-informed reports tailored to your industry.
  • 6Document findings and give concrete feedback to inform AI system development for business documentation use cases.
  • 7Coordinate asynchronously with project leads to ensure submitted challenges and evaluations are authentic and valuable.

Requirements6

  • 1Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in business settings (finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, retail, or related fields).
  • 2Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including building complex models, presentations, and analyses.
  • 3Experience supporting or leading projects in strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR within a Fortune 500 context.
  • 4Ability to design nuanced business scenarios that reflect challenging, high-impact deliverables.
  • 5Strong written and verbal communication for clear feedback and rationale in documentation.
  • 6Familiarity with conversational AI or prompt engineering is a plus but not required.

Who Should Apply

The ideal candidate brings substantial business experience and deep skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus comfort crafting realistic scenarios for executive-level work. This role is less suitable for someone without a Fortune 500 context or without hands-on experience shaping strategy, operations, or financial content. Common fit checks include: how well you can design complex, real-world tasks and how clearly you document feedback to improve AI outputs, not just describe them.

Salary Insight

Pay ranges from 35 to 50 per hour; compensation details are discussed during the hiring process.
