Requirements7
- 1Background in the U.S. military, Department of Defense, or broader U.S. government ecosystem.
- 2Experience working at or with a defense contractor or defense tech company.
- 3Strong understanding of how government programs, procurement, and stakeholder dynamics operate.
- 4Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders in mission-driven environments.
- 5High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in an early-stage setting.
- 6Strong communication skills to translate between technical capabilities and mission outcomes.
- 7Hunger and drive to build—this is a hands-on role with significant growth potential.

Salary Insight
The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 – $180,000 USD, plus eligibility for equity compensation and performance-based bonuses. micro1 also offers a comprehensive benefits package including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
