Enterprise Client Partner (Frontier AI) | $2-$3/hr Remote
Overview
This role involves engaging with leading AI labs and enterprise teams building frontier models, focusing on evaluation systems, reinforcement learning environments, and high-quality human data pipelines. The Enterprise Client Partner will source and close partnerships, lead technical discovery, and drive high-value agreements around model evaluation and human data solutions. They will work cross-functionally to ensure delivery aligns with technical expectations and feed insights back into product and strategy.
What You'll Do9
- 1Source and close partnerships with AI labs and ML-driven organizations working on frontier models.
- 2Lead technical discovery across evaluation workflows, RLHF pipelines, and model improvement loops.
- 3Engage directly with research leads, ML engineers, and data teams to understand system-level constraints and requirements.
- 4Translate ambiguous research and engineering needs into well-scoped human data and evaluation programs.
- 5Structure and negotiate complex, high-value agreements involving data generation, annotation, and evaluation at scale.
- 6Work cross-functionally with product, research, and operations to ensure delivery aligns with technical expectations.
- 7Drive expansion through deeper integration into evaluation pipelines and RL environments.
- 8Provide clear signal on pipeline quality, deal risk, and market dynamics.
- 9Feed back insights from customers into evaluation frameworks, product direction, and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements6
- 1Ability to communicate fluently with ML engineers and research teams (no need to be one, but can hold own).
- 2Experience selling into AI/ML, developer tools, or deeply technical products.
- 3Strong track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with technical and commercial depth.
- 4Familiarity with model evaluation, RLHF, or reinforcement learning environments.
- 5Structured, hypothesis-driven approach to sales and problem solving.
- 6High agency and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Salary Insight
Base salary of $140,000 – $180,000 USD, plus equity compensation and performance-based bonuses. Benefits include up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
