- 5Translate military experience into job fit by interpreting MOS/rate and service history to build rapport with transitioning service members and veterans.

- 15–8 years in full-cycle recruiting with substantial experience in cleared defense or GovCon talent acquisition
- 2Proven track record placing security-cleared professionals using cleared talent pools and private sourcing channels
- 3Solid understanding of U.S. security clearances (Secret, TS, TS/SCI, poly) and compliance, including reactivation windows and reciprocity
- 4Ability to interpret military backgrounds (MOS/rate and service history) and communicate credibly with transitioning service members
- 5Experience coordinating clearance verification with FSOs or security offices and managing candidate data with privacy in mind
- 6Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder-management skills for hard-to-fill, location-specific cleared roles
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and metrics-focused work habits
- 8U.S.-based recruitment professional with relevant regulatory awareness
