What You'll Do7
- 1Create, review, and refine authentic federal reporting artifacts such as WARs, SITREPs, after-action summaries, and executive briefings based on prompts and reference docs.

- 5Assist in building guidelines, criteria, and rubrics for training AI models in federal report generation and staff writing.
- 6Advise on task design and requirements from a specialized reporting perspective to improve project outputs.
- 7Join feedback loops to ensure deliverables meet evolving project and client standards.
Requirements5
- 1At least 3 years of federal reporting or staff writing experience within US defense or equivalent environments.
- 2Proven ability to generate templated Federal/military reports (WARs, MARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries).
- 3Experience with at least one US military branch and familiarity with federal style guides and terminology.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and compliance.
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for producing official documents and presentations.
