Requirements5
- 1Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 2Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate, business, or transactional law with exposure to M&A, contracts, and risk management.
- 3Experience as outside counsel, in-house corporate counsel, or a legal consultant to businesses.
- 4Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
- 5Familiarity with US commercial and regulatory compliance requirements and proficiency in drafting and reviewing corporate agreements.
