What You'll Do7

Requirements7
- 1A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
- 2At least 5 years of experience in corporate, business, or transactional law, including M&A, contract work, and risk management.
- 3Proven background as outside counsel, in-house corporate counsel, or a legal consultant serving business clients.
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues for non-lawyers.
- 5Strong familiarity with the US legal landscape, including commercial and regulatory compliance.
- 6Experience reviewing and drafting a variety of corporate and commercial agreements.
- 7Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for contributing to innovative, technology-driven projects.
