What You'll Do7

- 3Review commercial litigation materials and pinpoint critical legal principles and procedural details.
- 4Provide expert feedback on legal reasoning, issue spotting, and drafting approaches as part of project deliverables.
- 5Annotate, categorize, and explain key issues in corporate law to support the creation and refinement of legal data sets.
- 6Ensure all work meets high standards for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practice.
- 7Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers to align on rubrics and quality expectations.
Requirements7
- 1Active license to practice law in the United States.
- 2Recent experience (current or within the last 3 years) at a top-tier BigLaw firm, focusing on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or capital markets.
- 3Demonstrated expertise in commercial litigation and high-value transactional matters.
- 4Exceptional attention to detail in the analysis and interpretation of legal documents.
- 5Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements and legal instruments.
- 6Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain legal concepts for diverse audiences.
- 7Prior experience with legal data annotation or rubric-based review is a plus, but not required.
