What You'll Do7

Requirements7

- 4Strong litigation exposure, especially in corporate or transactional contexts.
- 5Ability to collaborate across disciplines and explain complex legal concepts clearly.
- 6Background in legal research, drafting, and review of transaction documents.
- 7Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and a commitment to meticulous, high-quality work.
