Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, English, Translation/Localization, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2Expert command of English (C2/native preferred) with minimum C1 proficiency; multilingual ability in at least one additional language strongly preferred.
- 3Strong skills in grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse structure, and stylistic editing across registers.
- 4Exceptional attention to detail; able to explain corrections clearly in writing.
- 5Comfort applying and enforcing style guides to ensure consistency across content and terminology.
- 6Reliable, self-directed, able to work hourly remote contractor schedule across time zones.
- 7Experience with AI data training/annotation, editorial QA, or localization QA, or professional copyediting preferred.
- 8Hands-on experience using tools such as Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
