Requirements7
- 15–10+ years of proven experience in roles such as Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.

- 3Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong attention to detail.
- 4Ability to convey complex real estate concepts clearly and concisely.
- 5Experience with market analysis and commercial property appraisals.
