- 1bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, electrical/computer engineering, or a closely related field
- 24+ years of professional C development for production software in systems, embedded, or performance-critical applications
- 3expert-level proficiency in C with deep understanding of pointers, memory management, undefined behavior, and low-level debugging
- 4strong background in systems programming concepts including concurrency, operating systems, hardware interaction, and performance optimization
- 5hands-on experience with build systems, compilers, linkers, and debugging tools used in C development
- 6english proficiency at least c1, with ability to write technical explanations and follow detailed guidelines
- 7proven experience conducting detailed code reviews and enforcing coding standards for safety and maintainability in C codebases
- 8comfort with version control, CI/CD workflows, and automated testing for C projects
- 9experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content is a plus
