What You'll Do8
- 1Review AI-generated Android code, architecture diagrams, and explanations for accuracy and safety.
- 2Develop high-quality reference implementations and accompanying reasoning to illustrate best practices in Kotlin/Java Android development.
- 3Rate AI outputs for correctness, clarity, security, performance, and reliability across Android features such as lifecycle, networking, and persistence.
- 4Identify and document issues in Jetpack Compose UI, concurrency patterns, threading, memory usage, and build/release practices; propose fixes.
- 5Validate AI content against real-world Android scenarios and update prompts and model explanations.
- 6Produce clear explanations and model solutions that show recommended patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture, with dependency injection.
- 7Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to align evaluation criteria and deliverables and provide feedback to improve AI data quality.
- 8Maintain reproducible evaluation records and concise technical notes for future reference.

- 1Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 24+ years building production Android apps with Kotlin; Java experience preferred.
- 3Expert-level Kotlin (1.6+) knowledge including null-safety, coroutines, and Flow.
- 4Strong Android fundamentals including app lifecycle, Activities/Fragments, state restoration, background execution, and permissions.
- 5Modern UI experience with Jetpack Compose and/or Views with a good sense of recomposition and UI performance.
- 6Concurrency expertise with coroutines and Flow, threading best practices, cancellation, and avoiding race conditions.
- 7Knowledge of architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture; experience with DI (Hilt/Dagger/Koin) and modularization.
- 8Experience with networking and data: Retrofit/OkHttp, serialization, caching, offline strategies, and persistence (Room/SQLite/DataStore).
- 9Experience with testing and CI/CD: JUnit, instrumentation tests, Compose UI tests/Espresso, mocking strategies, Gradle, Play Console workflows.
- 10Security awareness: Keystore/EncryptedSharedPreferences, auth flows, certificate pinning awareness, and secure handling of sensitive data.
- 11Minimum C1 English proficiency in written and spoken form; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
