Overview
We’re looking for Peru-based female voice actors with a native Peruvian Spanish accent to help train next-generation text-to-speech (TTS) systems. Your recordings will be used exclusively for a client’s internal CX AI Agent and will never be sold or reused elsewhere. This is a remote, hourly contract role paying $50/hour, ideal for experienced voice professionals who can deliver clean, expressive audio across a variety of script styles.
What You'll Do5
- 1Record high-quality voice samples covering conversational, narrative, instructional, and other script types.
- 2Deliver speech that is clear, natural, and emotionally expressive, with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
- 3Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across multiple recording sessions.
- 4Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
- 5Provide multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as requested.

- 1Must be a native Peruvian female Spanish speaker currently living in Peru.
- 2Proven background in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
- 3Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup (quality microphone, quiet environment, pop filter, etc.).
- 4Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range.
- 5Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining a natural, unrobotic delivery.
- 6Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project.
- 7Comfort with voice cloning for the client’s CX AI Agent (recordings won’t be sold or used elsewhere).
