Overview

We're looking for voice actors based in Spain with a native Castilian Spanish accent to record high-quality audio samples. Your recordings will be used solely to train the lab's internal customer experience AI agent—they won't be sold, licensed, or reused for any other purpose.
What You'll Do5
- 1Capture clean, expressive voice recordings across a range of script types, including conversational, narrative, and instructional content.
- 2Deliver speech that is natural, clear, and emotionally nuanced, with careful control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
- 3Ensure voice quality and accent remain consistent from session to session, so the final dataset sounds uniform.
- 4Adhere to detailed recording specifications regarding your environment, microphone setup, and file naming conventions.
- 5Record multiple takes with varying emotions, emphasis, and delivery styles when scripts call for it.

- 1You are a native Castilian/Peninsular Spanish speaker currently living in Spain.
- 2You have professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcast work.
- 3You own or have access to a professional or near-professional recording setup (quiet room, quality microphone, pop filter, etc.).
- 4You demonstrate strong control over intonation, diction, and a wide emotional range.
- 5You can follow scripts precisely while maintaining a natural, engaging delivery.
- 6You can commit to 5–10 hours per week over the project's duration.
- 7You are comfortable with your voice being cloned for this specific AI agent use case (recordings will not be sold or reused elsewhere).
