What You'll Do9
- 1Evaluate AI-generated TypeScript code, type definitions, and debug explanations for correctness and clarity.
- 2Provide targeted, written feedback to trainers and QAs to improve type safety and adherence to guidelines.
- 3Review and update project rubrics and quality standards in documentation and onboarding materials.
- 4Communicate complex TypeScript concepts clearly via DMs and project channels to maintain consistency.
- 5Monitor contributor activity, re-engage dormant team members, and log availability for project planning.
- 6Develop and maintain TypeScript project docs, style guides, FAQs, and calibration tasks.
- 7Onboard new trainers/QAs, explain workflow expectations, and align teams with evolving review requirements.
- 8Flag unsafe or misleading code recommendations, focusing on type safety and security considerations.
- 9Identify recurring quality gaps and propose scalable QA processes for TypeScript AI training work.
Requirements10
- 1bachelor's or master's in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 23+ years in TypeScript/JavaScript development, frontend/backend work, code review, or QA
- 3deep understanding of TypeScript concepts (static typing, interfaces, generics, type-safe API design)
- 4strong knowledge of JavaScript runtime (promises, async/await, event loop, ES features)
- 5experience evaluating TypeScript content against rubrics and identifying issues (logic, type errors, unsafe any, edge cases)
- 6familiarity with TS ecosystems/tools (Node.js, React/Next.js, Express/NestJS, npm/yarn/pnpm, Jest, Vitest, Playwright, ESLint, Prettier, Vite, Webpack, tsconfig, GitHub workflows)
- 7experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, annotators, engineers, or QAs
- 8comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Discord, Google Docs/Sheets, trackers, dashboards, GitHub)
- 9high attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to document guidelines and onboarding materials
- 10experience with AI training data, LLM evaluation, or rubric-based QA is a strong plus

Salary Insight
