This role invites an experienced TypeScript and Rust developer to contribute directly to the training of next-generation AI systems. You'll bring your deep coding expertise to bear on real-world problems, helping shape how language models learn and reason — without needing a background in AI yourself. What You'll Do7
- 1Work closely with product and engineering teams to build reliable, scalable solutions using TypeScript and Rust.

- 4Adhere to strong software engineering practices: thorough code reviews, automated testing, and clear documentation.
- 5Clearly explain technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical teammates and non-technical stakeholders.
- 6Diagnose performance issues and optimize codebases in TypeScript and Rust environments.
- 7Maintain at least six hours of daily schedule overlap with Eastern Time to stay aligned with the team.
Requirements6
- 1At least five years of professional software development experience, shipping production code that others rely on.
- 2Native-level fluency in both TypeScript and Rust, proven through hands-on projects and day-to-day coding.
- 3A solid track record of migrating or rewriting code across language boundaries, or working effectively in polyglot environments.
- 4Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible.
- 5Experience creating or working with human-labeled datasets, ideally for machine learning or AI applications.
