Requirements10
- 11–2+ years of professional Rust development in backend, CLI, or systems projects.
- 2Strong understanding of Rust's ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes.
- 3Experience building backend services, command-line tools, or systems software in Rust.
- 4Ability to evaluate safe, idiomatic Rust code with traits, generics, pattern matching, and error handling.
- 5Significant experience using LLMs or AI coding assistants during programming with disciplined validation.
- 6Excellent English writing with precise, structured technical explanations.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 8Preferred: AI data training, code review at scale, or evaluation of AI-generated content; C1 English; extremely detail-oriented.
- 9Highly preferred: production or advanced projects using Tokio, Actix, Serde, and async Rust patterns.
