What You'll Do4
- 1Review AI-produced training materials (including presentations, spreadsheets, and written guides) against established quality benchmarks.
- 2Spot and document factual inaccuracies, layout flaws, and presentation inconsistencies in the generated artifacts.
- 3Deliver clear, well-structured written feedback that helps refine the AI’s output and improves overall quality.
- 4Apply your L&D and instructional design background to evaluate whether the content is pedagogically sound and appropriate for the intended audience.
Requirements4
- 1At least 5 years of professional experience in training, onboarding, or learning and development roles.
- 2Native or equivalent professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- 3Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially creating and editing slides in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- 4Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or higher) in a related field is a plus.
